Using DavidStudio

You must be at least 18 and have permission to use the photographs, websites, trademarks, voices and other material you submit. Do not submit private credentials, confidential pages or sensitive personal information. Use original cartoon characters or characters you have permission to use.

Do not use the service for unlawful, exploitative or deceptive content, sexual content involving minors, harassment, impersonation or content that violates another person’s rights. The generation provider also applies its safety rules. Repeated rejected requests may require support review before further generation.

Generation and credits

The review screen shows the engine, length, format, sound choice and credits required. Confirming it starts one paid generation attempt. We reserve those credits once. A technical failure or rejected request returns the reserved credits automatically; a successfully rendered result may vary from your creative intent. A new take is a separate generation.

Credits are prepaid service units, not cash or a transferable financial product. Packs do not renew automatically, and credits have no scheduled expiry. Prices are in US dollars; applicable taxes are shown at checkout. We may change prices for future purchases or generations, but we show the current price before you confirm.

Refunds and support

You may request a refund for an entirely unused pack within 14 days of purchase by emailing contact@alphateamremote.com. Include the purchase reference, not card details. Please also contact us if a technically successful video is unusable. Refunds are returned through the original payment method. Refunded credits are removed. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.

Commercial use and quality

You may use outputs in your projects where your input permissions, provider terms and applicable law allow it. We do not guarantee copyright ownership, exclusivity, trademark clearance, exact product fidelity or advertising results. Generated imagery can change lettering, features and details, and generated sound may include speech. Review the complete video and audio before publishing. Photo showcase preserves the source photograph when exact branding matters.

Availability

Render times vary with length, service capacity and provider availability. Progress reflects saved job status rather than an invented completion percentage. If the service or its spending allowance is unavailable, new paid work pauses. Contact support if a take remains unresolved; do not submit duplicate purchases or generations to recover it.

Privacy and your content

We use your sign-in identifier and email to keep your account, credits and videos separate from other customers. We store submitted briefs, reference media, video outputs and transaction records to provide the service and support. Clerk manages account sign-in and email verification for the company-hosted version.

When you generate a video, your confirmed prompt and any selected reference image are sent to Runway or Runpod and the selected model service for processing. Website import sends your public page address to Jina Reader and extracts the title and description. Do not submit private or confidential addresses. You review or replace the imported details and upload any reference photograph yourself before generation. Temporary input media is removed after processing or during scheduled cleanup.

Cloudflare hosts application data and private media. Stripe processes payments; DavidStudio does not receive or store full card details. Access to your saved videos requires your account. We do not publish your private videos to social media without your authorization.

We retain account and media records while needed to provide the service and handle support; transaction records may need to be retained for legal or accounting obligations. You can request access, corrections or deletion by emailing contact@alphateamremote.com. Download copies of videos you want to keep. Authentication and essential security technologies are used to operate the service; this version does not add advertising trackers.
